How does shipping work?

There are two shipping options for stickers, letter mail (untracked) and package. Letter mail is shipped in a kraft envelope without tracking. Packages come with USPS tracking.

Pins, prints and magnets are shipped as tracked first class packages by default.

*Please understand that we cannot track your mail if you opt for untracked mailing, and lost mail is out of our control for this shipment method. I am not responsible for shipping delays due to circumstances out of my control. If you are experiencing delays with your package, please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number to see if they can help you track down your package. 

International shipping:

Please check the UPS/USPS websites to see if your country is available for delivery.

Please note that your tracking information may stop once it has arrived in your country. You are fully responsible for customs fees that may be associated with receiving the package or any fees for reshipments.

 

Shipping time

Domestic mail: 3-14 days

Domestic packages: 3-10 days

International mail: 1- 4 month

International package:  2-16 weeks

Covid update: there might be shipping delays due to covid.

*please keep in mind the shipping time for international mail can sometimes take up to 4 month due to Covid. If you are ordering a gift I cannot confirm an exact delivery time since shipping is completely out of my control. 

Why is international shipping so expensive?

The shipping cost is determined by the USPS. It’s beyond my control :(

Order processing

The current processing time is 5 to 7 days. The processing time will vary depending on the amount of orders I have to fulfill. I try to get orders out as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that I am a one person team. Shop updates and new product launch are usually the busiest for me, so processing can take 7 to 10 days. 


What happens with a Pre-Sale item?

If you purchase an item listed as pre-sale, the product is in production and will not immediately be shipped to you. The estimated date of shipment is listed in the product description. You will receive a message notification as soon as your order is shipped.

Can I pay for rush shipping on my order?

Please contact me before purchasing if you have any special requests for shipping!  

 

Can I get a refund?

All items are final sale, unless otherwise stated. If you receive an order that is damaged or missing items, please send me an email with your name, order number, and a picture of the damaged product. I will be happy to send you a replacement.

 Absolutely no exchanges on damaged items after 30 days.
